General Delivery Information
During checkout you will have the option of choosing your delivery date and times. Please see below for the various delivery options available in your area.
Please note, if you ordered fridge or freezer items it is your responsibility to ensure that you will be able to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt. Otherwise we can no longer be sure that the food will be maintained at the required temperature. We will not accept responsibility for items not maintained at the correct temperature after an attempted delivery.
Throughout the Uk (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
All orders will be delivered with a courier using a next day 8.00am - 6.00 pm delivery service.
We also offer an AM delivery service which ensures that your parcel arrives in the morning before 12.30. This option will incur an additional charge.
On the day of delivery, if you have given us your mobile number, you will receive a text with a two hour delivery window so that you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel. If it’s not convenient and you haven't ordered perishables (ie items needing to be kept in a fridge or freezer), you can use the text to change the delivery date. If your order contains perishable items, we apologise however you are unable to change the delivey date after the cut off time for changing your order.
